Customer and trade information
HandOrigins serves both retail and wholesale buyers. Availability, pricing, production, shipping, duties, and payment terms are confirmed for the relevant buying path before an order becomes binding.
Shipping and returns
Retail delivery timing and courier cost are confirmed before payment. Wholesale delivery follows the approved sample, production schedule, packing plan, and agreed dispatch arrangement.
Return eligibility is assessed against the confirmed order, product condition, customization, and transit evidence. Custom-made and buyer-approved wholesale production is not treated as ordinary ready-stock retail merchandise.
Privacy
Contact, company, delivery, product-interest, and order information may be stored to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate sampling, or fulfil orders. HandOrigins does not sell buyer contact information.
Terms
Product availability, MOQ, pricing, colour, dimensions, lead time, courier cost, duties, and production capacity remain subject to written confirmation. A wholesale order proceeds according to the accepted quotation, sample approval, payment schedule, and production terms.
